On this occasion, I thought it appropriate to show you this recipe for cream of grapes, which could become an ideal dessert for New Years Eve dinner. Something different and at the same time traditional, your guests will be amazed with this dessert, you'll see.

This Cream of Grapes is a very easy and quick dessert to make that will help us take advantage of this seasonal fruit

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of grapes
  • a glass and a half of grape juice
  • three sheets of gelatin
  • two egg whites
  • a yogurt
  • juice and grated peel of a lemon
  • two spoons of sugar.

Preparation

  1. Soak the gelatin in cold water and then heat it together with the grape juice, add the juice, the lemon peel, the yogurt and mix.

  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and sprinkle them with the sugar

  3. Add them to the cream and reserve in the fridge in individual glasses.

  4. Garnish the glasses with the grapes.
