1 potato
2 slices of bacon
2-3 tablespoons of liquid cream
2 slices of cheddar cheese
Mayonnaise
garlic powder
chives or chives

Preparation

We start by cooking the potatoes. To do this, we cut them into not very thin slices and put them in a pan with oil for a few minutes to brown them on both sides.
When they take on a good color and are crunchy, we lightly salt and pepper them and sprinkle them with a little garlic. We reserve in the pan.
In another skillet, cook the bacon on both sides until crisp and golden.
Cut two slices from a crusty bread and brush the outside of each with butter.
Inside, we put a spoonful of liquid cream on each slice, which gives the sandwich a smoothness.
We cover one of the slices of bread with a slice of cheddar cheese. Remove the fat from the potatoes and bacon with the help of kitchen paper and put them on the slices of bread.
Pour a little cream or mayonnaise on top of the potatoes and garnish with a little finely chopped spring onion or chives.
Place another slice of cheese and cover with the other slice of bread.
