250 ml. milk
25 gr. of butter

Preparation

First we prepare the dough. Melt the butter and mix it with the beaten eggs, milk and a little salt. We beat this cream with the flour to eliminate the lumps and let the dough rest for half an hour.
We cook some thin crepes on both sides in a pan with a little butter or oil.
We spread a little salmon and sliced cheese on each crepe. We roll up, sprinkle with a little butter and bake at about 220 degrees so that the cheese melts.
