2 medium eggs

5 g of sugar

1 large banana

Preparation

Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
Prepare the milk, butter and eggs in a bowl, add the flour, sugar and salt, and beat everything until the ingredients are well integrated.
With a brush we spread the bottom of a non-stick pan with a little butter and put it to heat over medium heat. Pour a little of the batter into the pan. Spread well and watch, so that when the dough begins to set, turn it over.
When you have it done on both sides, remove it from the heat and let it cool a bit.
Once the crepe is warm, we put a tablespoon of Nutella on top in the center accompanied by some thin slices of banana and roll up.
