Ingredients

  • 300 gr. of hake loins
  • 6 cheeses in portions
  • 2 eggs
  • bread crumbs

Preparation

  1. Boil the hake in a little salted water, a sprig of parsley and a drizzle of oil.

  2. Check the fish very carefully so that there are no annoying skins or bones left, shred it and mix well with the cheese until it forms a homogeneous paste. Let rest for half an hour in the fridge.

  3. Form the croquettes with the help of two spoons, pass them through the beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in abundant oil
    heat and transfer to a plate with kitchen paper to remove excess oil.

  4. Accompany with a little mayonnaise, tomato or your favorite sauce.
