Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 of cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of white sugar
  • 2 XL eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 and 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 cups of chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. While we preheat the oven to 180 degrees, we start with the cookie dough. In a large bowl, beat the butter with the two sugars until smooth and pale. Then we add the eggs and vanilla.

  2. On the other hand we mix the flour, salt and bicarbonate.

  3. With the help of a strainer, add the flour mixture by sifting it over the egg and butter cream. Lastly, we added the chocolate chips.

  4. With the dough already homogeneous, we form a thin and flattened cookie. On this we place an Oreo cookie, which we cover with another flat cookie to hide the filling.

  5. Place the cookies a little apart from each other on a baking tray covered with non-stick paper. We bake them for about 13 minutes or until the cookies are golden. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack.

    We did this last weekend !!!! very good and cloying but that's the way we like them. Next time we are going to put even more chocolate on it. we really liked it !! mmmmmm
