Sugar glaze:

100 g of icing sugar
20 ml water
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Colored sugar icing:

220 g of icing sugar
1 egg white
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Colored food coloring

Chocolate glaze:

150 gr of chosen chocolate
60 g of icing sugar
20 grams of butter
30 ml water

White chocolate frosting:

200 gr of white chocolate
60 ml of liquid cream

Pink frosting:

1 envelope of strawberry jelly
200 ml of liquid cream
1/2 cheese terrine
4 tablespoons of condensed milk

Preparation

To make the classic sugar glaze, we heat the water and add the sugar and vanilla. Mix well and coat the donuts with the help of a kitchen brush. Let the cream rest for about 30 minutes so that it crystallizes.
The colored one is made by mixing the icing sugar with one egg white, the food coloring and the teaspoon of vanilla. We add it to the donuts letting each different colored glaze dry before putting the other. Dries in about 30 minutes.
The chocolate fondant is made by melting the cocoa in a water bath or in the microwave with water. Once melted, add the butter and icing sugar and mix well. We let the chocolate temper before covering the donuts. Let stand for 1 hour or until frosting is hard.
Chop the white chocolate and melt it in the hot liquid cream. Mix the cream well, let it warm and paint the donuts with it.
Let it rest for 1 hour or until the chocolate is hard.
The colored gelatinous glaze is made as follows: Dissolve the gelatin with a glass of hot water and mix until dissolved. Add the cheese, liquid cream and condensed milk and beat very well. We arrange the cream on the donuts and let them rest for 30 minutes or until the glaze sets.

Other idea: La marzipan dough raw, it is very moldable and admits coloring, so it can also be used to add some figures to donuts.
