As I am and they are lovers of goat cheese, today I am going to prepare it in a different way with a very special touch of almonds and blueberries, perfect to spread with some good toast. Goat cheese starter with almonds
This goat cheese dish with almonds is the perfect starter to succeed at any lunch or dinner

Ingredients
- 1 package of goat cheese
- 100 g of dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
- 300 gr of sliced almonds
Preparation
Prepare a bowl and mix the cheese with the blueberries and finely chopped rosemary. Help yourself with a mixer until all the ingredients are well mixed.
Once you have them, make a ball with the cheese and put a good piece of transparent film on the table. Sprinkle the sliced almonds on the transparent paper and put the cheese ball on top and roll it in the middle of the almonds until we coat it all with almonds. Wrap the ball in transparent plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes so that it stays compact.
Serve this cheese ball with toast or veggie crudités. Delicious !!
