Falafel, exotic chickpea bites

Falafel is an ancient recipe that consists of a kind of chickpea or broad bean croquette typical of countries such as India, Pakistan and the Middle East. It is usually served accompanied by yogurt sauce and in the form of a pita bread sandwich like kebabo as a starter. Today it is very common to find them in kebab shops.

Like the lentil pâté that we have recommended in the previous post, the falafel they are a good way for children to eat legumes. For them it is more appealing to do it with the texture of a paste or puree and with chickpea camouflaged in the filling of a croquette.
