Ingredients

  • 4-5 pears cut into quarters
  • 4 heaped tablespoons rolled oats or muesli
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon 4 spice (cinnamon

Preparation

  1. We turn on the oven at 180ºC

  2. In the container where we are going to make the cake, we put the butter and put it in the oven so that it melts.

  4. Add the milk and beat with a whisk or mixer.

  5. We should have a light and homogeneous cream

  6. Add the oats or muesli and stir so that it is evenly distributed.

  7. Pour the dough over the butter that has already melted

  9. Arrange the pear quarters (peeled and pitted) spread over the dough and bake for about 30 minutes or until something sharp, such as a toothpick inserted in the center, comes out clean
