We do not doubt that the piña colada sponge cake that we prepared yesterday is delicious, but the following (what does that take now ...) But what good could a good frosting to decorate it. As we prepare it, we will give it a touch of coconut so that it marries well with the flavor of the cake.

Ingredients

  • 250 gr. cream cheese
  • 60 gr. unsalted butter
  • 50 ml. coconut milk
  • 325 gr. icing sugar
  • shredded coconut
  • coconut essence (optional)

Preparation

  1. We leave the butter at room temperature or we give it a very brief microwave blow to leave it about to ointment.

  2. Then, we mount it with the sugar with some rods until it is creamy.

  3. Add the cheese, integrate it a bit and add the coconut milk and a few drops of essence. We mix manually.

  4. We put a little grated coconut and hit the rods.
