Beyond bread, Nutella is applicable to numerous desserts such as crepes, waffles, ice creams, biscuits… In this case we will prepare some cookies type cookies in which the chocolate is in the dough and the sprinkles are made of hazelnuts.

If you like cookies and Nutella, we are going to combine both to make a winning combination that will delight even the most sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 3/4 cup of white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 XL eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2/3 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 cup of chocolate drops

Preparation

  1. We start by mixing the flour, cocoa powder, yeast and salt on the one hand, and on the other hand the softened butter with the Nutella and the two types of sugar

  2. Beat the eggs and vanilla separately, mix it with the butter mass and then add all this to the flour mixture

  3. Knead until all the ingredients are well integrated.

  4. Then we can put the chocolate drops and hazelnuts in the dough.

  5. Shape the cookies with the help of a spoon and arrange them separated from each other on a baking tray lined with special paper.

  6. We bake between 10-15 minutes at about 175 degrees (preheated oven)

  7. Let the cookies cool on the rack.
