Ingredients

  • 100 gr. of butter
  • 100 gr. sugar
  • 1 yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 200 gr. Of flour
  • 100 gr. ground almond

Preparation

  1. We start by melting the melted butter in a bowl and mixing it with the sugar, yogurt and eggs. On the other hand, mix the flour with the ground almonds and the yeast.

  2. We bind both preparations to form a homogeneous paste. We form a ball and let it rest for an hour in the fridge.

  3. After time we stretch the dough to a thickness of one centimeter and cut the cookies with a cookie cutter. We arrange the cookies on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and cook at 200 degrees for half an hour.
