Eggless cookies with Christmas shapes

Preparation

1. Put the butter and sugar in a large bowl and beat with the electric whisk until we have a whitish and whipped cream.

2. Add the flour, the ground almonds and the salt with the help of a strainer to do it little by little and in the form of rain. In this way we will mix the flour better and avoid lumps.

3. Add the lemon juice and mix it into the dough.

4. Make a large ball with the dough and wrap it in transparent film. We let it rest for half an hour in the fridge so that the dough hardens and we can work better with it.

5. After the resting time, we stretched the cookie dough to leave it between 0.5-1 cm thick. and we cut them with the Christmas cookie cutters.

6. We place the cookies separated from each other on a baking tray covered with non-stick paper and put them in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until they are lightly golden.

7. Let them cool and dry on a rack.
