Sweeten your life with this delicious melon jelly with two types of milk, condensed and evaporated. The texture is magnificent and for these heats it is a very refreshing dessert while we eat fruit. The kids will love it.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 medium melon, peeled and seeded
  • 3 envelopes of neutral gelatin

Preparation

  1. Cut the melon and extract the pulp, removing the seeds.

  2. We put the milk and the melon in the blender glass or in the food processor; blend until everything is integrated.

  3. Place the three gelatin sachets in half a cup of cold water, dissolve completely and put in a water bath; When the gelatin is well incorporated into the water, add it to the previous mixture and blend again.

  4. Pour into molds and refrigerate; serve cold (once firm).
