This burger has many advantages. Being made from vegetables, it is an original and somewhat misleading way of putting this ingredient in the diet of children. On the other hand, It helps us to remove from time to time the excesses of meat and calories of the children who are friends with hamburgers.
To accompany it, I recommend using a little arugula, tomato slices, white cheese and sauces such as HUMMUS or own BABAGANOUSH, also of aubergines.
