Ingredients

  • 4 thick chicken fillets, chopped
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 egg
  • 1 little water
  • 2/3 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • paprika
  • pepper
  • a little cumin
  • dried onion flakes
  • some minced garlic
  • Mayonnaise
  • lettuce
  • oil and salt

Preparation

  1. We beat the egg combining with a little water.

  2. We mix flour, salt, pepper, spices, onion powder.

  3. Form four hamburgers with the seasoned minced meat and flour it superficially in the previous mixture. Then we coat in the egg and again in flour. Let them rest in the fridge for 1 hour.

  4. After refrigerating, we repeat the batter of the breasts. Then, we fry them until golden brown on both sides. Drain them on kitchen paper.

  5. We put the hamburgers in the toasted bread spread with mayonnaise and accompanied with lettuce made into strips.
