Homemade lemon ice cream

This ice cream does not have cream and, therefore, it has hardly any fat content. We do it with cornstarch (refined corn flour). It is interesting, once we put it in the freezer, give it a blow of the mixer and put it back to break the crystals that form and get a suitable texture, since we do not have a refrigerator.
