Preparation

We remove the skin from the chicken and season it. Brown it in a casserole with a bottom of olive oil and the two cloves of garlic.
Meanwhile we are chopping the onion and carrot. When the chicken has taken on a uniform color, we remove it together with the garlic and sauté the vegetables in the same oil. When they are soft, add the flour and the chopped apple. We mix the sauce well so that the flour takes on color and loses its raw flavor.
Then, we add the chicken drumsticks and the cider to the casserole, stir a little and let it reduce over high heat for a few minutes. Then, we pour enough broth to cook the chicken thighs so that we have a locked sauce. Let cook for about 40 minutes.
