Ingredients

One kilo of assorted seasonal fruit (strawberries, raspberries, melon, mango…).
Nuts (the ones you like the most)

For the cream:

400 milliliters of liquid cream
Yolks 5
A branch of cinnamon
a branch of vanilla
100 g sugar

Preparation

In a saucepan, boil the cream with the cinnamon and the vanilla, scrape the vanilla and pour it back into the cream.
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and add the cream mixture little by little, without stopping to move. We put everything back on the fire and stir without breaking the boil. Then we strain everything and leave the reserved cream on the side so that it is cold when we put it with the fruit salad.
We wash and peel the fruits and dice them and mix them in a container like the one I show you. We add the nuts and we are decorating our fruit salad with the cream that we have prepared.
