Orange and rosemary muffins without egg

Children suffer more and more food allergies, but today we do not have to worry so much, since we can choose many alternative products that allow us to cook almost all recipes with the same quality. A couple of weeks ago a product with a lot of history came to our house, a history that dates back to the 50s and that is committed to preparing our favorite recipes without egg. It is Yolandaa flour preparation to make both salty and sweet recipes, without the need to use eggs, and with which You can prepare batters, pastries and all kinds of recipes that you can think of.

Well, we wanted to put Yolanda to the test and we prepared some orange muffins with a touch of rosemary, which have been delicious, fluffy and above all very tasty.

Quick and easy recipe to prepare delicious and tender orange and rosemary muffins without eggs

Ingredients

• 300 gr of Yolanda flour
• 175 g sugar
• 175 ml of milk
• 150 ml sunflower oil
• 1 tablespoon Royal baking powder
• A few sprigs of chopped fresh rosemary
• The zest of an orange and its juice

Preparation

1. We start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees. While it is heating up, in a bowl we mix all the ingredients until the dough is compact.

2. We distribute the portions of the dough, in the muffin molds, and we put a little sugar on top of each one.

3. Bake them for about 15 minutes, and after this time, turn off the oven, take them out and let them cool on the oven rack.

They are perfect to accompany with a good glass of milk and as I told you they are delicious.
