Ingredients

  • Egg whites 4
  • 150 gr. sugar
  • mint flavoring or chopped mint
  • Grated chocolate for desserts

Preparation

  1. We start by beating the egg whites with the electric stirrer, adding the sugar little by little until they are creamy. At that point, we add the mint extract and continue beating until they are stiff, leaving a firm and shiny meringue.

  2. With the help of a teaspoon or a sleeve, put little piles of meringue on a tray covered with baking paper. We bake at 150 degrees for 35 minutes or so. The meringue will be dry and hard, firm. We let it cool on the wire.

  3. Then we pour melted chocolate on top and let it set.
