Today we are going to make a delicious toast with ham, egg and guacamole. A very simple and quick recipe to make

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 small onion
- 1 Tomate
- 2 slices of sliced bread
- Sal Island
- Olive Oil
- Serrano ham in cubes
- 1 egg
Preparation
So that the guacamole is not so strong, we are going to place a ripe avocado, a small sweet onion, a drizzle of olive oil, the juice of half a lemon and a little salt in a bowl. We will crush everything and let it rest while we prepare the rest of the toast.
In a pot we put an egg to cook, and once it is cooked we split it in half.
We put two sliced bread toasts in the toaster. Once they are toasted we begin to prepare our super toast.
We will start by spreading the guacamole on the toast, then we will put the serrano ham shavings, and finally we will decorate with the boiled egg.
