200 ml lemon juice

Preparation

Put the brown sugar, water and lemon juice in a saucepan; We leave over medium/low heat until it takes consistency (approximately 10 min.).
We put the gelatin in cold water, drain it by squeezing it between our hands and mix it with the still hot juice, stir so that it dissolves well; we set aside and let it cool.
On the other hand, we beat the cottage cheese, cream and cream cheese. Once the juice mixture is cold, spread over the molds covering the bottom; We pour the cream cheese very carefully and put it in the fridge between 4 and 6 hours (better to do it the day before).
Remove from the fridge, put a few slices of candied lemon on top (or lemon marmalade) and sprinkle with icing sugar.
