Ingredients

  • 400 gr. drained canned tuna (6- cans)
  • 350 gr. cream cheese
  • 100 gr. mayonnaise
  • 50 ml of water
  • 10 gr. powdered gelatin
  • 150 gr. whipping cream
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • pepper and salt

Preparation

  1. We hydrate the gelatin with the hot water and dissolve it well.

  2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, cheese and lemon juice.

  3. We season.

  4. On the other hand, we mount the very cold cream with the electric rods to leave it creamy, without leaving it very hard

  5. We incorporate it into the previous preparation.

  6. Add the almost cold gelatin water and the tuna and mix well

  7. Season with salt and pepper and pour the mousse into a mold

  8. We refrigerate about 3 hours to stay consistent.
