If you like white chocolate and you usually have something for breakfast in the morning, you are going to love these White Chocolate Muffins. You will start the day with a lot of energy

Ingredients

  • 250 grams flour
  • 2 heaping teaspoons baking powder
  • half a teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 XL egg
  • 130 gr. sugar
  • a few drops of vanilla aroma
  • 100 ml. melted butter
  • 250 grams liquid cream
  • A few drops of lemon juice
  • 200 gr. white chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, yeast and baking soda.

  2. Beat the egg vigorously with the sugar and add the vanilla, melted butter, cream and lemon juice.

  3. Mix the flour dough with the egg dough until the dough is well integrated. We should not beat, but only mix. Add the chopped, grated or chipped chocolate.

  4. Grease some muffin tins or line them with non-stick paper and fill them with the dough up to about two thirds of their capacity.

  5. We bake the muffins at about 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 20 or 25 minutes.

  6. Let cool out of the oven before serving.
