The noodles, like pasta, we can enjoy them with an infinite number of sauces and ingredients. We will use the classic combination of chicken, mushrooms and cream to enjoy the rice noodles. To dress them, we can use soy sauce or spices. We leave this to your choice.

Ingredients

  • 300 gr. rice noodles
  • 300 gr. chicken breast
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 200 gr. of mushrooms
  • 200 ml. evaporated milk
  • 50 ml. soy sauce
  • oil
  • pepper and salt
  • spices (ginger
  • Comino
  • curry…)

Preparation

  1. We begin by lightly browning the minced garlic in oil and then add the diced breast

  2. Season with salt and pepper and when they turn coloured, add the chopped mushrooms and cook until all the water is lost

  3. Then add the milk and soy sauce and cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.

  4. Boil the noodles in salted water and drain them.

  5. Mix with the sauce and spices to taste.
