Successful improvised recipe are these gnocchi that I prepared yesterday Sunday, a day in which I did not feel like cooking much. I thought about doing some gnocchi, which take very little to cook. I also had a bit of leftover fish in sauce.

That sauce (garlic, wine, onion ...) was going to serve me to experiment and give A special touch to my gnocchi.

Ingredients

  • 500 gr. gnocchi
  • 200 gr. canned chopped tomato
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 200 ml. liquid cream
  • 150 ml. fish sauce
  • oregano
  • olive oil
  • shawl

Preparation

  1. We start by chopping the garlic and briefly frying it in a pan with oil. So, we add the tomato and a little salt and let it cook until there is a concentrated sauce.

  2. Sprinkle with oregano, add the tuna and cook for a couple of minutes.

  3. Pour in the fish sauce and let reduce over medium heat. We check the salt point of the sauce.

  4. Then, we pour the cream and let it cook over low heat so that the sauce concentrates.

  5. Boil the gnocchi in salted water for a couple of minutes. Strain and serve with the sauce.
