      Hi Isa :) The standard baking powder chemical yeast is fine, but you can try using fresh bakery yeast, which has more strength. The effect of a yeast depends on the amount and type of flour.

    I did. It worked out really well for me. Fluffy but not golden. Not one bit. Too bad I can't upload the photo
