Sunflower seed bread

Preparation

1. Sift the flour into a bowl and add the salt and yeast. We make a hole in the center in which we add the oil and water.

2. We love well with our hands. When the dough has acquired a bit of body, we transfer it to a kitchen table dusted with flour. We continue handling the dough until it is homogeneous and elastic.

3. We form a ball, paint it with a little olive oil and transfer it back to the bowl. Cover with plastic wrap or a cloth and let rise for a few hours to double the volume.

4. After a few hours, we knead the bread again so that all the internal air comes out. Add the pipes and work the dough to integrate the seeds.

5. Grease a baking tray with a little oil or cover it with non-stick paper and roll out the dough, giving it the desired shape. We cut the bread and let it rest for another hour.

6. After that hour, we paint the bread with a little olive oil or beaten egg and cover it with a few more seeds to decorate. We cook in the oven previously heated to 220 degrees for about 20 minutes or until lightly toasted.
