500 gr. pasta
100 gr. cherry or pear tomatoes
100 gr. from Iberian ham to little cubes
1 garlic clove
oregano/rosemary/fresh basil
extra virgin olive oil
Grated parmesan

Preparation

While we boil the pasta in plenty of salted water, cut the tomatoes in half and season them with oil, minced garlic, salt and herbs.
We mix them with the drained pasta, the ham cubes and serve with the grated cheese.
To make the recipe hot, sauté all the preparation a little except the ham, which becomes saltier when cooked and loses its original flavor.
