500 gr. pasta
75 gr. mild-flavored butter or oil
1 cebolla
half a bulb of fresh fennel
150 gr. smoked salmon
100 ml. of vodka
300 ml. of liquid cream
White pepper

Preparation

Sauté the onion and fennel in julienne strips with butter or oil over low heat until transparent. Then, we add the vodka and let the alcohol evaporate over high heat. When it has evaporated, add the cream and salt and pepper. Let the sauce reduce for a few minutes over low heat.
Meanwhile, we boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package. Drain well.
Mix the smoked salmon with the hot vodka sauce and mix with the pasta. We serve.
