Ingredients

  • 250 ml. homemade ketchup
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 100 gr. of bacon cubes
  • a splash of white wine
  • oil
  • shawl

Preparation

  1. In a frying pan with oil, brown the bacon and remove it to a plate.

  2. We take advantage of that same oil to fry the vegetables cut into fine julienne strips and the minced garlic with a little salt and pepper.

  3. Add a splash of wine and let it reduce in the sauce. Then, we add the ketchup and cook the sauce for another few minutes so that it is concentrated. At that time, we added the bacon.

  4. We accompany the boiled pasta in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package and drained.
