Ingredients

• 24 meatballs in sauce (click the link in the previous paragraph)
• 3 potatoes
• 500 ml. of bechamel
• 200 gr. grated mozzarella

Preparation

1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices and wash them well under cold water.

2. We dry them and salt them

3. Lightly fry them in hot oil until tender but not toasty or crisp.

4. Take a round removable mold, lightly brush it with beaten egg and line the base and walls with sheets of fried potatoes, making sure that there are no gaps.

5. We throw the meatballs soaked with a little of their sauce

6. Cover with the thick béchamel and sprinkle with the mozzarella

7. Gratin until the cheese is melted and toasted.
