350gr. zucchini
150gr. chive onion
4 eggs.
60ml. Of olive oil.

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. C.
Dice the zucchini and the small onion.
Sauté briefly in a pan with a little oil until the vegetables are slightly soft; You can also mix both things in a microwave-safe container with a little oil for a few minutes until softened.
Chop the York ham and add to the above; reserve.
In a bowl, we beat the eggs with the oil; Season with salt and pepper and add grated nutmeg at will. Add the flour and mix well (we can use the mixer).
Combine the flour mixture with the zucchini mixture and add the grated cheese; stir and pour into a greased mold with a little oil or butter and bake for 30-35 minutes (when inserted with a toothpick, it should come out clean).
