240 gr. pastry flour
10 gr. baking powder
35 gr. cocoa powder
300 gr. icing sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
250 gr. of butter
200 ml. of Coke
225 ml. whole milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Preparation

To make the cake dough we begin by mixing the dry ingredients: flour, yeast, cocoa, icing sugar and bicarbonate
Next, we sift them so that there is a loose mixture without lumps.
Now we make a cream with the rest of the ingredients in this way
We melt the butter completely and we pour the Coca Cola and the milk
We also add the eggs and vanilla and beat with the rods until a frothy cream remains.
Also with the help of the rods, we integrate the mixture of powdered ingredients to the previous cream of cola and egg.
When we have a homogeneous dough, we pour it into a greased round mold or with non-stick paper and put it in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 45 minutes or until we check with a needle that the inside of the cake is dry.
When it is warm, we let it cool on a rack outside the mold.
