Ingredients

300 grams of flour
four eggs
100 grams of butter
two tablespoons of baking powder
125 grams of brown sugar
Peel of an orange
six tablespoons of cointreau
100 grams of already peeled walnuts
icing sugar and 175 grams of candied orange.

Preparation

We cut the candied orange into cubes and let it marinate in the cointreau, while with the mixer we mix the butter, the sugar, the eggs, the flour with the previously mixed yeast, the orange zest, the maceration liquor, the candied orange and chopped walnuts.
Once we have the fine and well mixed dough, we will spread a cake mold with butter and place a piece of parchment paper, we will spread the butter again and pour the dough.
We will put in the oven at 160º for about 50 minutes and let it rest for another 10 minutes with the oven off.
Unmold and sprinkle the caster sugar on top.
