Ingredients

  • potatoes for frying
  • roasted red peppers
  • olive oil
  • shawl

Preparation

  1. To prepare the potatoes with a red heart: spread the peppers well and cut them into heart-shaped pieces, using a mold or a knife with a sharp lace.

  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into very thin slices of similar sizes, even translucent. It is better not to wash the potatoes once they have been cut, so we will not remove their starch and they will stick better.

  3. Now we have to place the heart of pepper on the center of a potato slice and cover it with another, so that the heart is transparent.

  4. Fry the potatoes in a pan with hot oil on both sides until evenly browned.

  5. We prepare the other potato hearts by dividing them thicker and then cutting them with a heart-shaped mold. We can wash these, salt them, dry them well and fry them in hot oil.
