Ingredients

  • 600 gr. chicken breasts
  • 100 gr. of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oregano or herbs
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • pepper
  • shawl

Preparation

  1. Prepare a kind of ointment by mixing the butter, the grated garlic cloves, oregano, cumin, and salt and pepper to taste. If we help ourselves with some rods it will be easier for us.

  2. Coat the chicken breasts completely with the butter and place them in a baking dish.

  3. At the base of the oven we place a large container with water so that it creates steam during baking.

  4. We cook them in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until they are golden on the outside. If we see that the chicken burns too much on top, we can cover it with aluminum foil so that it cooks well.
