Ingredients
- 1 Apple, covered chocolate (milk, plain or white)
- Colored sugar balls
- Moorish wooden skewer sticks
Preparation
We will start by splitting our apples in half. And from each of the halves, once we have removed the core, we will make slices of about 1,5 cm. We will put each apple slice in the shape of a lollipop and let them rest.
While in a bain-marie we will melt the chocolate cover. We can choose from several types, plain, with milk or white chocolate, if we want to make different lollipops, we can use the three types of chocolate.
Dip each of the apples in the melted chocolate and immediately sprinkle with the colored balls and allow the lollipop to cool.
They will be ready to eat!
