Ingredients

4 slices of sliced bread
ketchup
dry oregano
2 slices of cheese (I put Manchego)
8 dried tomatoes in oil
a few strips of raw red pepper
1 can of mackerel in oil
¼ julienned onion.

Preparation

Spread two slices of bread with tomato; sprinkle oregano to taste, Place a slice of cheese on top of each slice
On top, we put the drained dried tomatoes (4 per slice), about 2-3 strips of pepper in each one and a little julienned onion
We distribute the mackerel between the two bases, well drained.
At this point you can top with another slice of cheese (it will melt) and/or with a little more tomato sauce
Cover with the other slice of bread, close the sandwich maker and wait about 3-4 minutes, or until it is done (in mine a red light goes off when it is ready), golden and crispy
Remove from the sandwich maker and cut them in two or four, as you like
They can be used for dinner, or as tapas / appetizers (in portions)
