Ingredients

  • 6 ripe bananas
  • 200 gr. Of flour
  • 30 gr. sugar
  • 1 sachet (16 gr.) Baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • cinnamon powder
  • lemon zest
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • frying oil

Preparation

  1. We first prepare the dough by mixing the flour with the yeast, the sugar, the egg, the milk and the spices and let it rest for an hour.

  2. Before coating the bananas, we peel them and cut them in half lengthwise.

  3. Coat them in the batter and fry them in hot oil until golden.

  4. We are putting them on absorbent paper and sprinkling with icing sugar before serving.

    Hello, the simple recipe, with some ingredients, which is usual to have in any home, and the result is very satisfying, super tasty, in particular I have cut each banana into 4 parts, so that I don't know if they break in the batter.
