Ingredients

• Chopped chicken (1-1.5 kg)
• 500 ml. by Shandy
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 1 cebolla
• freshly ground black pepper
• oil and salt

Preparation

1. In a deep frying pan or a wide casserole we put a good base of oil. Season the chicken pieces, dry after washing them, and brown them evenly in the oil. When they take color, we remove them,

2. In that same oil, sauté the finely julienned onion and the crushed garlic cloves with skin very well.

3. When this sauce is ready, we return the chicken to the casserole and cover it with beer. Let the chicken cook over low heat for about 45 minutes or until we see that it is tender and the sauce has reduced.

Another option: We can also make this recipe with other poultry or pork meats. It admits herbs that pair well with the lemon flavor that this type of beer has. Rosemary, thyme or bay leaf can help you.
