Ingredients

  • a kilo and a half chicken
  • the juice of a lemon
  • chopped thyme
  • chopped tarragon

  • ground black pepper

  • olive oil

Preparation

  1. We empty the chicken of viscera and wash it well inside and out

  2. We smear it with olive oil inside and out, we season it, we put some cumin inside, we will put the lemon juice, the tarragon and the thyme on the outside and we tie it well with cooking thread.

  3. We place it on a tray and put it in the microwave for 30 minutes, with the breasts facing down.

  4. After that time we turn it over, add a little water with the dissolved flour and let it cook for another 30 minutes.

  5. To serve, we will add the chicken juices over it.
