Ingredients

For la salsa:

1/2 cup dry (powdered) mustard
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup of white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sunflower oil (or light olive)
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of ground white pepper.

For the chicken:

500 g of chicken pieces (best boneless)
flour for coating
frying oil
shawl
Pepper.

Preparation

For the sauce we put all the ingredients in a small saucepan, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens (it only takes a few minutes). Remove from the heat and let cool.
Season the chicken pieces. Immediately afterwards, we pass them through flour, shaking off the excess. Fry the chicken in plenty of hot oil.
When done, place on kitchen paper to absorb excess fat.
Serve along with the honey mustard sauce.

Notes

The sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge. Hold for several months.
