Preparation

Dissolve the soup envelope in the cold milk.
Beat the eggs with the grated cheese and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. For now we will not add salt, since the envelope cream has a certain amount. Mix with the milk preparation.
Separately, we drain the boiled spinach well and chop them very well. If we want a very fine pudding, we can even crush them with the blender. Add the spinach to the previous preparation, mixing well.
Grease one or more individual molds and pour the spinach cream up to three quarters full. Place the molds in a baking dish filled halfway with boiling water.
Bake the pudding in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 45 minutes to set it. We can cover the molds with aluminum foil to prevent the pudding from being toasted on top.
We unmold them once cold.
