Ingredients

500 gr. cooked octopus
1 cebolla
1 green pepper
1 piece of red pepper
2 tomates
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons red mojo
oil
shawl

For the red mojo:

3 red peppers
2 cloves of garlic
a little cumin
black pepper
4 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons of oil

Preparation

To prepare the mojo we put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until a thick cream is formed. We can vary the amount of spices, oil and vinegar to the taste of each one
Cut the vegetables into thin julienne strips and the octopus into slices.
In a very hot frying pan, add a little oil and sauté all the vegetables over high heat so that they simply brown on the outside and remain crunchy.
When the vegetables are golden, add the octopus and the red mojo sauce and sauté for a minute.
