Light ham and cherry tomato quesadillas

Ingredients
- 4 corn cakes
- 150 gr of turkey
- 150 gr of grated mozzarella
- 150 gr of bacon cubes
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 2 leaves of lettuce, finely chopped
Preparation
Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and cook the bacon cubes until they are golden. Once they are golden and crisp, remove them from the heat.
Prepare a corn tortilla on the skillet without oil and base the bacon, the turkey cubes, the cherry tomatoes in cubes, the grated mozzarella cheese and the finely chopped lettuce.
Fold in the toritlla and cook on both sides until the cheese is melted (about 4 minutes on each side).
Ready to eat!!
