1 sheet of shortcrust pastry
2 chicken breasts
1 cebolla
6 mushrooms or 10 mushrooms
curry powder
3 eggs
200 ml. whipping cream
pepper
shawl
olive oil

Preparation

Grease a low, round mold and line it with the shortcrust pastry. We bake the dough at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and reserve.
Dice the chicken breast and season it. We brown it in a fairly wide pan with a sufficient amount of oil. Set aside the chicken on a platter and sprinkle with curry.
Remove the chicken from the pan and use that same oil to sauté the finely julienned onion. We will also saute the sliced mushrooms or the mushrooms in strips.
Combine the onion, mushrooms and chicken.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the liquid cream, season with salt and pepper and season with more curry.
We put the chicken on the shortcrust pastry and pour the cream of eggs and cream on top.
We cook the quiche in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until it is curdled and golden.
