Ingredients

  • 500 gr. zucchini
  • 500 gr. of aubergines
  • 2 onions
  • 200 gr. diced bacon
  • 1 chilled puff pastry base
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 envelope of grated cheese to gratin
  • 200 ml. liquid cream
  • 1 tablet of Avecrem Vegetable Broth -30% salt

Preparation

  1. Wash and cut the zucchini and aubergines with the skin into thin slices. Cut the onion in juliana.

  2. In a pan with oil, sauté the onion. When poached, we put the rest of the vegetables. Sauté until softened, then add the Avecrem Vegetable Broth tablet -30% crumbled salt.

  3. Apart, we brown the bacon or ham.

  4. Grease a tart-type mold and spread the previously punctured puff pastry so that it does not rise. We put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.

  5. Spread the vegetables and bacon on top of the puff pastry. Beat the cream, eggs and cheese in a bowl with a fork, season with salt and pour over the quiche filling.

  6. We cook again in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until the quiche takes on a golden appearance.
